Mephit Fur Meet 2009 Labor Day Weekend, Memphis, TN

I am driving down this time, in a car with lots of cargo space, and I've had an idea of something that would be fun to do. I'd like to know if this can happen.

 Fast And Furry-ous featuring Boris and Natasha!

 I will bring: a compact PS2, a copy of 'Gran Turismo 3', a memory card, a Logitech Driving Force Pro with pedals, a little table-thingy just the size for mounting the DFP to, a stool at the proper height for using the wheel and pedals, and printed up sheets for filling your name, species and which car you used.

 I will need- a place to set these things up, and a preferably large TV to plug the PS2 into.

The idea is,  run a furry leaderboard for racing buffs to see what species of fur is the fastest in which style of driving. Two cars are provided which are more or less tricked out as far as they will go- a Porsche 911 and Boxster. The 911 (RUF RGT) is Boris, and the Boxster (RUF 3400S) is Natasha. Boris is 700 hp, Natasha is 515. The idea is, these are wildly different in character- Boris is a snarling beast that wants to kill you backwards into a wall, and Natasha is a pussycat and very cooperative but less powerful. People could try either to see how they do.

 I could be running this out of my room at the hotel, but if it would improve the gaming track to suddenly have a dedicated racing 'station', talk to me real quick to make sure I go ahead and bring this stuff. I'm thinking yes, but I really want to know if there's enthusiasm for it, and whatever willingness to keep an eye on things is needed. And of course the TV, I can't bring one of those :)
